Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Akash Paragliding, we aim to provide a safe and memorable paragliding experience. As paragliding is an adventure sport and completely weather-dependent, we request all participants to carefully read our cancellation and refund policy.

Note: Paragliding is weather-dependent. If there is a change in plan due to weather, you will receive a call from us to confirm a rescheduled date.

1. Customer Cancellation

  • Customers must cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot time to receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled slot will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Weather-Related Cancellation (By Company)

Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. Safety is our top priority.

If your slot is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, strong winds, rain, or safety concerns:

  • You will receive a 100% refund, OR
  • You may choose to reschedule to another available date (subject to availability).

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, if informed at least 24 hours before the slot time, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the slot may not be accepted.
  • In case of weather cancellation by us, rescheduling will be free of charge.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • Participants must report at the meeting point at the given reporting time.
  • Late arrival may result in cancellation of the slot without refund, especially during peak days (weekends & holidays).

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

6. Safety & Operational Rights

The company reserves the right to cancel or delay flights due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Technical issues
  • Safety concerns
  • Air traffic restrictions

In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

7. Special Days Policy

  • During peak seasons, long weekends, and public holidays, rescheduling may be subject to availability.
  • Group bookings may have separate cancellation terms (if applicable).
